The Aerie from the Air

Thanks to Patrick and his Cirrus, we were able to track down Lautner and Associates' aerie in Solano County. Last time we saw this place was our wedding.

Here are some nice ground-level shots of the house.  And a video of messing around with the lighting in the pool at night. 

The 7th Best Pool in the US

Jenny's friend works for some lifestyle magazine or something like that and gave us a video of the 10 best pools in the US. The Aerie pool was #7.

Aerie Library

The library at the Aerie. It contains, among other things, hardcover copies of The Dogs of War, The Day of the Jackal, and some book on the Boer War my dad was familiar with. Also on display was one of those heavy things you use in curling.
