Best Classrooms on Campus

Second floor Classics, originally uploaded by Nat Hansen.

I would like to document the best classrooms on campus. This is a start: I like this seminar room, on the second floor of classics. It looks out on the quad, it has a solid seminar table, and antique maps on the walls.

I was the TA for Ted's J.L. Austin class in here in fall of 2005.

Do you like that seminar room with the huge tables on the third floor of Social Sciences?

I think the table in that room is too big. Do you like that room? I'll definitely go take a picture of it. Any other suggestions?

It is definitely ridiculously large. I do like the windows and big curtains and huge board, though. It would be a good room if you were some kind of knight.

I've been in normal-looking classrooms on the east side of Foster, like on the fourth or fifth floor, that have a great view, but I don't know about the interior decor. This makes me curious to look into some of the academic buildings I've never been in.

I distinctly remember the first time I saw the table Nate is talking about. What a table. I might go so far as to call it sublime. If I recall correctly, there are some fairly decent classrooms in the div school. But nothing very special. What do classroom in the new GSB look like?

Not sure what the classrooms in the bizness school look like; I'll have to go check it out. I like the seminar rooms at the law school.

I guess calling it the "new GSB" dates me, huh? Btw - I'm trying to schedule nothing for the 30th so you, me and Kate (and Melody if she's around) can go drinking.
