Some more of the rare references to "you" in the philosophy of language literature:

C.J.F. Williams, "Thoughts Which Only I Can Think",

Colin McGinn, The Subjective View, p. 62

Dummett, Interpretation of Frege's Philosophy, pp. 126-128

It's all-too-fitting that your references, concerning thoughts that only you can think, do not include any quotations themselves, only citation information for such quotations that require access to the relevant literature. Maybe I'll start a blog called "The Cartesian Mind" in which I post references to the qualitative character of occurent inner episodes.
