Luminhaus is a modern prefab house in Virginia, designed by Rocio Romero. It's about a four hour drive from DC and is available to rent. I spent a pleasant afternoon here in a Le Corbusier chaise lounge reading Tom Wolfe's From Bauhaus to Our House, which isn't as ridiculous as I expected it to be.
Here are some more shots of the house.

Nat,
My wife and I own Luminhaus and are putting up a Facebook page to encourage guests to post pictures. May I grab some of your images off Flickr to prime the pump?

Absolutely! We had a great stay at your place.
By the way, did you happen to find a Canon camera battery charger at the house, say around June of 2008? I think I might have left it there.
Cheers,
Nat
